Project Superintendent
A Project Superintendent is expected to provide management oversight for all phases of commercial construction projects, including coordinating of; subcontractors, material and equipment vendors, working to ensure that specifications are being followed, schedules are meet and the project is within budget. Additionally, the project superintendent works closely with estimating in preconstruction and the owner and design team during construction.
Project Manager/Estimator
A Project Manager/Estimator is expected to review and evaluate cost estimates, communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects, prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products. Additionally, ensure timely completion of estimates, understand scope of work to bid, manage bid pricing from all vendors, prepare cost analysis, establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
